Registration
A registration fee is due upon registering your child in preschool for the upcoming year to assure your child's acceptance in the program. No one is considered registered until they turned in a completed registration form and paid the registration fee. This applies to everyone currently in the program also. A new registration form is required for those already in the program. The fee for a second child will be half price.
Admissions Policy
Admission is offered to Emmanuel Baptist Church members and those previously enrolled in our preschool before opening up to the public. Registration will always begin in February. A completed form along with the registration fee confirms your child a space in the program. A new registration form is required for the upcoming year even if your child is currently in the progam.
Withdrawals
We ask that a month's notice be given to the Director if you need to withdraw
your child from the program. If a month's notice is given, the subsequent months tuition will not be required. If a month's notice is not given, the subsequent
monthly fee is required.
The Director reserves the right to withdraw any child under the following conditions:
1. If a child is continuously disruptive to a class due to physical or emotional problems. Any problem will be discussed with the parent, teacher, and any outside community support agency if consulted, prior to such action.
2. If a fee is not paid by the parent.
3. If a medical form is not submitted for the child.
Tuition
The monthly tuition it the total tuition for the year divided unto 9 equally payments. There is a monthly $10.00 discount for a family of 2 or more. Payments are due at the 1st of the month, beginning with September. Payments received after the 10th are considered late and will be charge a late fee of 10%. Monthly tuition is always the same whether we are out for scheduled day, weather, or absences for any reason. No refunds will be given. **Emmanuel's Preschool is a 9 month program.**
Abeka Book & Supply Fees
The Abeka Book Program is used for our 2,3,4 and 5 year old classes. These fees are due on the 1st day of Preschool. We are sorry that we are not allowed to give you these books in the case of your child dropping out early. This is part of our agreement with Abeka to be apporved to use their curriculum. Fees will be discussed upon touring of the facility prior to registration.
